At Galen Leather, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely pack it in the original Galen Leather packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our workshop in Istanbul.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
